MovNat workshop aug-2012

I love to train outdoor… or I would say play outdoor because I think it´s just awesome to let go outdoor. Adults are allowed to play too and by knowing techniques in movements we can just make more things possible! (we got some comments by the kids on the workshop day ”this playground is for kids…” whaaat??? hehe, I am sure we had just as fun as they did 😉 )

I am very interested in movement patterns. I am working as a personal trainer and as a RKC instructor there a lot of my focus is on bodycontrol and the neural system.

So this is why I joined MovNat Intro Workshop in Gothenburg 2012!

This is just the kind of training I like, my body feels good with, get strong and it´s training for everyone, natural movement by your own body and you can do it anytime anywhere. Fun and inspirational!
